The customer experienced being challenged by the growing pressure on production capacity and new models.

We worked with the customer to map the existing processes. We found several alternatives to the solution and at the same time assessed the condition of the existing equipment. A test of a combination of the products produced at existing plants was then completed and completed at a new plant.

The solution took into account the existing flow of production and building conditions.

The project was implemented a few days before Christmas with testing and commissioning in the first days after the New Year. The customer already experienced after the first week that they had a higher normal level of operation.
