In a competitive market, the customer wanted to increase their production volume while reducing the number of employees, as well as to have a data flow that ensures an automatic production flow.
This could not become a reality with the current production plant as it was out dated, lacked flexibility and consisted of manual production.
This challenge could be solved by automating production methods and tying production together with logistics and buffer stocks, which are generally controlled by software systems.
As a result, the production was paperless and the ergonomics were significantly improved, as all lifting is now done automatically.
With the new up-to-date production plant, the customer received a large continuous production flow, which became flexible in relation to the product mix and where the refund is only 2-3 years.
