The customer wanted to convert his production of kitchens into one-piece production, but was limited by his buildings and equipment, while the customer's plans for the future shot in east and west, making it difficult for the customer to come up with the right solution.

With an Opticloud installation, we mapped the efficiency of the current machines. We then prepared a factory analysis to identify the relevant focus points for efficiency and investment.

We developed a BOM for a typical kitchen production and gave each component production routes.

The factory analysis's conclusion was that some machines had to be replaced, others had to increase efficiency to the industrial average, and eventually the customer was able to adjust the desire for full-piece one production to partial batch production.

With these measures, the customer achieved his goals, as well as running an efficient business and insourcer part of the production.
