The customer experienced great growth and had several factories for both steel and wood production, which they knew were not utilized optimally.
They therefore wanted to make use of the spare capacity of the machines. However, the customer did not know which machines and equipment were not being utilized optimally, and was deluded about where to start and finish.
We helped the customer identify the bottlenecks in the 4 factories and give them an overview of their machines.
We did this by installing OptiCloud, which measures the efficiency of 25 processes across the 4 factories.
In addition, we developed customized reports for the customer, which are sent to the production management daily.
In this way, using OptiCloud, the customer now has an overview of their machines and processes.
