Our customer produces windows and doors primarily for a wide clientele of carpentry and joinery companies. The vast majority of production is volume production which is LEAN optimized and efficient.

Several window types in the program provide more conversions that time load volume production, which was a growing challenge for our customer. A challenge was also that all special production was carried out on stationary machines, which in turn gave high time spent on conversions.

The solution was a window CNC plant, built so that all challenges with special production and elements in few pieces are solved at once.

The "all-in-one" plant produces fully flexible, fully finished element types in very high quality, including bottling, drilling, profiling and milling for e.g. Valves.
