Each year, the customer faces worldwide investment of EUR 10-12 million. This is due to organic growth of 20-30%. The challenge is that no or limited efficiency improvements are achieved on an ongoing basis, thereby increasing production costs linearly with turnover.

The customer therefore wanted to achieve a cycle time of 30 seconds in all of its factories worldwide, in order to reduce the need for capacity investment.

For this to be possible, an overview of production at the 9 factories had to be provided. The customer should have measured the efficiency of the production and installed OptiCloud on the shortening process. Through OptiCloud, the LEAN manager and coo receive customized reports about the machines so that they have concrete data to work from.
