The most expensive can also be cheapest

Increased capacity targets in production and run-down production facilities are not a good combination. Think long-term and prioritize a more expensive solution with a better ROI that will eventually be the cheapest.

Our customer, who is part of a larger group, had to meet the strategic goals of increasing production capacity.

This was not possible due to a lack of logistics and run-down facilities.

The customer had an expectation of a plant for about five million years. so we gave the customer three good bids from three different suppliers who could meet the capacity target.

We then visited with the customer other customers who had facilities from the relevant suppliers, so that the customer could experience the machines themselves in action.

This was an important part of the final decision, which became a fully automated production facility for 15 million. but was earned back in only three years.
