Our customer, who produces doors, wanted a more flexible production with higher quality and faster throughput of items.

In addition, our customer wanted to save wage dollars equivalent to 6 people and to use the raw wood more efficiently in their door production.

The solution to the customer's wishes should be found in a fully automatic storage system, where the raw materials in different dimensions are driven into their respective places.

In addition, a throughput CNC centre from our Italian supplier Bacci was installed, which prepares the door frames ready for painting, from which the door frames are automatically driven back into the storage system.

The system and machines fully meet all customer requirements and wishes. The entire plant is now only operated by one person and there was a simplification of the logistics of door production.

At the same time, it resulted in an integration with a new ERP system being a success for the customer.
